Pre trip preparation-
Not like we are going to run a marathon however still need to have a bit of fitness to get the most enjoyment out of the trip.
warm up and Stretching- activity utube aerobics then do some stretchers.
outline of possible program they could do to prepare for the trip

On trip-
how to look after your feet- to stop blisters.
get enough sleep
if something is hurting, let a leader know.
warm up and stretch.

Food
Sort of food and what not to bring
Light weight, nutritious and easy to cook.- use food pyramid
Give a outline of menu
Students form groups of 3 start to develop menu using excel spreadsheet. Finish as homework to be used in next class.
